About Cancellations:
• The booking deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellations greater than 3 months before the wedding date are subject to 35% of the scheduled fee
• Cancellations of less than 3 months before the wedding date are subject to 75% of the scheduled fee.
• Your deposit will secure your chosen wedding date.
About Image Ownership:
• The photography copyright always remains the property of C.C. Photography®.
• The client is given the right to print from the images on CD/DVD as part of the client’s photography package.
• C.C. Photography® has the right to use the photographs for advertisement on Facebook Page and Company’s website.
